Miguel’s leadership and passion for serving his community drove him to establish The Hispanic Approach agency and the HOLA Magazine. Miguel is completely bicultural, with roots originating in South America. He considers both Piura, Peru and Philadelphia home. Miguel came to the United States as a young adult and wanted to help corporations and organizations better serve and reach the Hispanic market. Because of this, he has a passion for messaging to the target Hispanic markets. Miguel is focused on helping our clients drive growth within the Hispanic demographic. His impact and leadership are evident in the communities he serves. Miguel also serves as a board member of several organizations and corporations in the greater Philadelphia area.
For 25 years, Bob Senesac has served as an advertising and marketing force behind major brands such as Miller Beer, Tropicana, Valvoline, M&M Mars, among others. He brings agency experience, B2B and new product development for manufacturing. His high-level conceptualization, leadership and strategic thinking skills have led to numerous highly effective campaigns and product launches. Bob has spent his professional life building successful brands in a variety of areas. His experience includes: retail, food, building supply, technology, medical device and dental. Throughout his career, he has also served as a member of senior management and creative teams at a variety of corporations. Bob is a major asset with an extensive background in a variety of marketing roles. These include digital, social media, branding, advertising, strategy, public relations, promotions, experiential marketing, creative ideation and retail marketing.
With more than 15 years of experience as a marketing and new product development director and strategist, Mary brings a fresh perspective to The Hispanic Approach. An expert digital marketer, she prides herself in staying relevant in a constantly changing space. She has successfully launched hundreds of new product launches in multiple industries. They include medical device, dental, and building supply, to name a few. Through traditional and nontraditional consumer research, she unveils attitudes, beliefs and opportunities to integrate into the creative development process.
A native of Northern Illinois, Craig graduated from Illinois State University and started his career nearly 20 years ago as an enthusiastic designer in the greater Chicagoland area. Due to his interdisciplinary skills in marketing and design, Craig has worked with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. His portfolio of current and past clients is broad and spans nearly every business media channel. Craig has worked in industries such as fashion and hospitality and has extensive experience with healthcare and medical device companies. He currently services clients across the United States as well as internationally. Craig works closely with his clients, helping them articulate their needs and strategies and strives for solutions that exceed expectations.
